Shirts of the Seventies are very versatile .
You can wear dress pants ( no pleats )
for a classy , goin'-out-on-the-town look ,
or wear them with Blue Jeans (no high-waters)
tore-up , new , faded , or otherwise ,
for a casual funky look .
Fist of all , like most Men's shirts of today ,
NEVER tuck these shirts in your pants , Urkel .
I won't rant , but it just ain't right , ok ?
Hey , you know that cheesy look of a Man
wearing a half-opened shirt
showing off one's gnarly chest hairs ,
and bespangled with gold chains ? Do you ?
Well , that look came fromm the Seventies .
Not at first because it was fashionable ,
but because out of pure survival
Yea , wearing primitive prototype polyester
positively KILL YOUR ASS !
If worn buttoned up , you would die of heat stroke .
No Bullshit !
Hence the open shirts .
Another drawback wearing old-school synthetics
is that polyester always absorbs the worst of smells ,
never pleasant ones .
Ergo , the stench of your Man-stank will cling
to these garbs , but will never suck the sweet
smells of detergents or deodorizers .
And once these tops a defiled ,
they will stank for eternity , 'twas ever thus .
Nowaday , we are enlightened .
Always wear cotton undergaments with these
desirable yet dangerous dare-devil fuckers .
